Magny-la-Vallee is a French municipality with 8645 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France east of Paris . Magny-le-Hongre belongs to the Arrondissement of Torcy and the Canton of Serris . The inhabitants are called Hongrémaniens . Magny-le-Hongre belongs to the Ville nouvelle Marne-la-Vallée .

Magny-le-Hongre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montry in the north, Saint-Germain-sur-Morin and Coutevroult in the east, Bailly-Romainvilliers in the south, Serris in the south-west and Coupvray in the west and north-west.
The A4 autoroute runs through the municipality . Part of Golf Disneyland is located in the municipality .
