Bailly-Romainvilliers is a French municipality with 7521 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France east of Paris . Montévrain is part of the Torcy arrondissement and the Serris canton . The inhabitants are called Romainvillersois . Bailly-Romainvilliers is part of the Ville nouvelle Marne-la-Vallée .

Bailly-Romainvilliers is surrounded by the neighboring communities Magny-le-Hongre in the north, Coutevroult in the east, Villeneuve-le-Comte in the south, Villeneuve-Saint-Denis in the south-west and Serris in the north-west.
The A4 autoroute runs through the municipality . In the community which is Golf Disneyland . The Marriot's Village d'Île de France is also located on this golf course .

In the next few years, the population of Bailly-Romainvilliers will continue to rise sharply, as the municipality is part of the new development area Val d'Europe in the 4th sector of the Ville nouvelle Marne-la-Vallée .
