Mareuil-lès-Meaux is a French commune with 3,108 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Meaux and the canton of Claye-Souilly (until 2015: canton of Meaux-Sud ). Its inhabitants are called Maruellois .

The Marne limits the municipality to the west. The Canal de Chalifert also flows through the municipality itself . Mareuil-lès-Meaux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Meaux in the north, Nanteuil-lès-Meaux in the east, Boutigny in the east and south-east, Quincy-Voisins in the south, Condé-Sainte-Libiaire in the south-west, Isles-lès-Villenoy in the west and Southwest as well as Villenoy in the west and northwest.
The A140 autoroute runs through the municipality .
