Boutigny is a French commune in the Seine-et-Marne in the Ile-de-France . It belongs there to the canton of Serris in the arrondissement of Meaux . It borders in the north-west on Nanteuil-lès-Meaux , in the north on Fublaines , in the north-east on Saint-Fiacre , in the east on Villemareuil , in the south-east on Vaucourtois , in the south on Coulommes , in the south-west on Bouleurs (point of contact) and Quincy-Voisins and to the west at Mareuil-lès-Meaux . The inhabitants call themselves the Boutignaciens.
