Montgé-en-Goële is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marchémoret in the north, Saint-Soupplets in the east, Cuisy in the east and south-east, Le Plessis-aux-Bois in the south-east, Vinantes in the south, Nantouillet in the south-west, Juilly in the west and south-west and Saint -Mard in the northwest.
