The Communauté de communes Plaines et Monts de France is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It was founded on June 1, 2013 and comprises 20 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Dammartin-en-Goële .

Historical development

The association of municipalities lost 17 municipalities to the Communauté d'agglomération Roissy Pays de France with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then, the main town of the association has been outside its own territory.
