The Communauté d'agglomération Paris Marne Valley is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . The community association was founded on January 1, 2016 and consists of twelve communities. The administrative headquarters are in Torcy .

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2016 from the merger of the predecessor organizations
