Puisieux is a French municipality with 319 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Meaux and the canton of La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (until 2015: canton Lizy-sur-Ourcq ). The inhabitants are called Puisotains .

Puisieux is about twelve kilometers north-northeast of Meaux . Puisieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Réez-Fosse-Martin in the north, Vincy-Manœuvre in the northeast, Étrépilly in the south and east, Marcilly in the southwest, Douy-la-Ramée in the west and Brégy in the northwest.
