Douy-la-Ramée, located 15 kilometers north of Meaux , borders on Brégy in the north, Puisieux in the east, Marcilly in the south, Forfry in the south-west and Oissery in the north-west . The municipality marker is touched by the Thérouanne in the south and, in addition to the main settlement, also includes the hamlets of La Ramée, La Mare, Nongloire and Fontaines-les-Nonnes .
