Mauperthuis is located about 51 kilometers east-southeast of Paris on the Aubetin River , which crosses the municipality in the southwest. Mauperthuis is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beautheil-Saints in the north, east and south and Saint-Augustin in the west.
