Linnenkamp is a village in the Holzminden district in Lower Saxony, which was incorporated into Wangelnstedt on January 1, 1973 . It's up to the Lenne .

history

The modern establishment of the place took place in 1495 under Heinrich I. After Letzner the place already existed in the same place in the Middle Ages, but was destroyed in a feud between the noble lords of Homburg and the lords of Luthardessen and then lay desolate for about a century.

While it was part of the Duchy of Braunschweig , it was administered from the Wickensen office.

The coat of arms is red and divided horizontally in two. In the upper half is a golden loom and the lower half symbolizes the enclosed spring of the Lenne.
