Lionello Massobrio
Lionello Massobrio is an Italian film editor , film director and writer .
Life
Massobrio worked as an editor and assistant director as early as 1949; until 1964 he worked with Léonide Moguy , Raffaelle Matarazzo , Marco Ferreri and others. After a production for the brothers Paolo and Vittorio Taviani and the staging of two short films, he made his debut in 1968 as director, producer, author and editor of the film Il rapporto . After political engagement and a stay in Angola , L'abbandono followed for television in 1990 , and five years later the idiosyncratic Beba .
Massobrio also worked as a book author and shot a number of documentaries, such as B. about the prison "Don Bosco" in Pisa , where he also worked as a volunteer.
