The circle Lipu ( Chinese  荔浦县 , pinyin Lìpǔ Xiàn ; Zhuang Libuj Yen ) is a circle in the Chinese autonomous region of Guangxi the Zhuang . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture city of Guilin . Lipu has an area of ​​1,759 km² and has a population of around 370,000 (2004). Its administrative seat is the Licheng municipality (荔 城镇).
