Liselotte Günniker

Liselotte Günniker (born May 1, 1954 in Bochum ) is a German lawyer .

Life

After completing the legal clerkship in the district of the Hamm Higher Regional Court , Günniker initially worked as a research assistant at the Municipal Science Institute of the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . She also worked as a lawyer. In 1989 she took up her first position in social justice . The first stations were the social court in Oldenburg and the social court in Hanover . In April 1992, she was appointed judge at the regional social court. From March 2002 she was presiding judge at the State Social Court of Lower Saxony-Bremen . She has been a permanent member of the Lower Saxony Service Court for Judges since January 2003. With a certificate of appointment dated June 1, 2005, Günniker was appointed judge at the Federal Social Court on September 1, 2005 , where she is a member of the Fifth and Eighth Senate.

Günniker is co-author of a commentary on contract doctor law .
