Mill burnt down in 1662, marked 1778 in the keystone. Half-timbered structure with decorative posts in the lower fields. Adjacent house from the 2nd half of the 19th century with porphyry tufa structure. Various working machines (including Fanal) from the 1st half of the 20th century have been preserved in the grinding room.

The gables of the house and horse stable are very distinctive with coupled twin windows or Serliana, the Kummthalle has three arches with slender porphyry columns.

re. 1828 Former watermill for the agricultural region of local historical importance, the house with half-timbered upper floor and the adjoining stable building with porphyry tufa structure are of architectural importance, the mill has been out of service since 1960, no technology has been preserved.

On the back wall of the older, recessed residential building, half-timbered houses with figures of men and very small windows (probably 18th century). In the keystone of the stable building, dating: 1828 , Mühlgraben silted up, no technical systems preserved, barn no monument 1942 Barn burned down and subsequently rebuilt, in operation until 1955. The mill was operated with water power through a mill ditch fed by the Eula. When the Eula was straightened, the Mühlgraben silted up, so that in 1960 the mill's waterwheel was shut down, followed by the stable building and the barn of the Hermsdorfer Mühle used by LPG until 1989, between 1990 and 1994 commercial, since 1994 a restaurant in the barn.
