The trees stood by the holy house . The wayside chapel was demolished in 1978 and rebuilt in the Hessenpark near Neu-Anspach. As a replacement, the dormouse chapel was built a few hundred meters away . Originally, the area on which the trees stand was promised to the farmer as a replacement for the building site for the new chapel. This probably happened in ignorance of the then mayor about the protection status of the trees, which existed at least in 1978. Linden tree 6.31.123
