This is a list of the number one hits on the Billboard Best Sellers in Stores charts in the United States in 1957. The figures refer to the combination of sales figures and radio and jukebox listings into one Top 100, which is a precursor to the Billboard Hot 100 that is in use today . That year there were twelve number-one singles and seven number-one albums.
