The list of stumbling blocks in Hennef (Sieg) includes the existing memorial stones that have been relocated in Hennef (Sieg) as part of the Stolpersteine project by artist Gunter Demnig in memory of persecuted or murdered victims of National Socialism . Since 2008, two plaques on the memorial of the synagogue destroyed in 1938 at Sövener Strasse 5 have commemorated the Jewish citizens of Hennef who were murdered between 1936 and 1945.

March 19, 2013 Stumbling block Hennef Bonner Strasse 69 Hermann Wolff Hermann Wolff (born August 15, 1900 in Wesseling) became engaged to Mathilde Ransenberg on October 27, 1929 and later married her. The couple had a son, Werner Wolff, b. March 4, 1931 in Geistingen. Hermann Wolff was arrested on October 10, 1938 and deported to Dachau concentration camp five days later . Although he returned to Hennef a month later, he had to do forced labor at the Ersfeld & Co. company in 1941. In the same year, the family was forcibly moved to a so-called "Jewish house" at Bergstrasse 37. On July 20, 1942, he was deported to Minsk with his wife and 11-year-old son. Four days later the family was murdered by the Nazi regime in the Maly Trostinez extermination camp .
