The one-room, 30 m² brick building with a wooden tram ceiling and integrated forge was built around 1908. The original location was Welten No. 85. The building was exposed to light from two simple windows, originally only plastered on the inside, on a raw clay floor, and until 1985 it was the place of work for three generations of car makers . The long gable roof supported by wooden columns also protected the workplace outdoors.

Erected around 1800, two-story, classical, castle-like building with a hipped roof. The roof is supported by columns over a five-axis recess in the south facade; Open gallery walkway to the east, then pavilion extension.
