Catholic parish church hl. Martin und Friedhof ObjektID : 70313
The St. Martin's parish church in Ponfeld stands above the village and is surrounded by a cemetery. It was first mentioned in documents in 1193 and 1220 and was first raised to a parish in the 15th century. The originally Romanesque single-nave small choir tower church was rebuilt in the Baroque period. It has a half-hip roof with stone slab roofing. The squat east tower is crowned by a pointed helmet.
