The monastery building is a stately four-wing wing around a roughly square courtyard. Parts of the west and south wing are essentially Gothic. In three rooms there are ceiling paintings by Fromiller.

The former collegiate church is a Romanesque three-aisled pillar basilica, which was rebuilt in Gothic style after a fire at the end of the 15th century and changed to Baroque style in the middle of the 18th century. The tomb of the Polish King Boleslaus II is on the northern outer wall . The farm building in the south was built in 1818.

The Schmiedkeusche, which is located immediately to the west of the former monastery, is a two-story, early baroque building with a brick-built ground floor and a framework construction on the upper floor. The building, presumably a former farm building of the monastery, is covered by a steep hipped roof.

The subsidiary church of Saint Anthony is a late Gothic sacred building with Baroque changes, first mentioned in a document in 1290 and rebuilt in 1519.

The former rectory dates from the 16th century. On the south side there is a coat of arms stone of the abbot Caspar Rainer von Ossiach, which is designated 1613.
