The church was built between 1875 and 1878 according to plans by Johann Mayer. The church is a simple building with a four-story tower.

The rectangular chapel with a shingle armor and a roof turret with a high pyramidal pointed helmet was built in 1873. The altar from the end of the 17th century was supplemented in the 19th century.

The wooden chapel, which is surmounted by a turret with an onion dome, was built in 1932. The neo-baroque altar in the interior also dates from the same year.

The chapel was mentioned in a document as early as 1497; the core of the retracted choir is still late Gothic. It was restored after a fire in the middle of the 17th century. At the end of the 19th century, renovations and extensions took place. The high altar and the two side altars date from around 1650.

The chapel was built in the middle of the 18th century in place of an older building. The side extension with the Lourdes grotto dates from 1885, the pointed helmet of the roof rider probably from around 1900. The altar is a work of the late 18th century.

The table is sorted alphabetically according to the location of the monument. The sorting criterion is the cadastral municipality and within this the address.
