This settlement is a Meierhofsiedlung southwest of the place on the road to Wallern. The complex was built at the end of the 18th / beginning of the 19th century and is still well preserved today. It consists of the former administration building, workers' houses, a granary, a former blacksmith's shop and wagon shop with a water tower, as well as a number of stables and farm buildings.
