Until 2002, the Japanese ambassador in Prague was also regularly accredited in Bratislava .
history
On March 16, 1939, on the occasion of the destruction of the rest of the Czech Republic, Abe Nobuyuki's cabinet revoked the recognition of Rudolf Beran II's government . On December 9, 1941, the Czechoslovak government-in-exile government Jan Šrámek I declared war on the Tōjō cabinet in London . On February 13, 1957, diplomatic relations were resumed.
