List of the Slovak ambassadors in Germany
This is a list of the ambassadors of the First Slovak State (1939 to 1945) and the ambassadors of today's Slovakia (since 1993) in Germany .
Czechoslovak Envoy (1919–1939)
After the First World War, Slovakia became part of Czechoslovakia, which was newly founded in 1918 . Czechoslovakia and Germany established diplomatic relations in 1919 . In 1939 these relations ended when the rest of the Czech Republic was broken up . At the same time the Slovak state was established.

Slovak ambassador to Germany (since 1993)
After the velvet revolution in 1989, the Czech Republic and Slovakia separated . After the dissolution of Czechoslovakia on December 31, 1992, Slovakia and Germany established bilateral relations.
