Liu Yuhong
Liu Yuhong ( Chinese 刘玉红 , born April 12, 1973 in Sichuan Province ; † March 2006 ) was a Malaysian badminton player of Chinese origin. She was the wife of the Chinese painter Shen Xiaotong .
Career
Liu Yuhong won bronze in women's doubles with Wu Wenjing at the Asian Championships in 1991 . In the 1993/1994 season she was second at the Denmark Open in women's singles as well as at the 1994 Asian Championships . At the 1993 Hong Kong Open , she finished fifth in singles. She later worked for Malaysia. In 2006 she died of a brain tumor.
