Live at Rockpalast is the third EP by the Swedish blues rock band Blues Pills . It was released on March 28, 2014 via Nuclear Blast .

Emergence

The EP was recorded when the band performed at the Crossroads Festival in Bonn on October 18, 2013. The appearance was recorded by Westdeutscher Rundfunk for the program Rockpalast . The first and last tracks are instrumental and were unreleased until the EP was released. Mind Exit came about through a spontaneous jam session . The EP cover artwork was designed by Vanessa Buenadicha.

reception

Norman R. from the online magazine Musikreviews.de praised the vocal performance of Elin Larsson, who, in his opinion, is one of the best singers of today and shows Rihanna & Co. how pure passion sounds. Christoph Emmrich from the online magazine Metal1.info, on the other hand, described the EP as another appetizer for the debut album and asked the question of the sense of the release.
