Live aus Berlin is a live and video album by the Berlin musician Peter Fox , which he recorded together with the US drumming group Cold Steel. It was published on 27 November 2009 by the record company Downbeat Records. The DVD is approved by the FSK from the age of six.

The album includes concert recordings of Peter Fox's appearances in front of 17,000 spectators on the Kindl stage in Wuhlheide in Berlin on June 12th and 13th, 2009, where he performed with the band Cold Steel. Most of the songs played come from his only solo album Stadtaffe , which was released the year before. It also includes the songs Schwinger , Großhirn (Rmx) and Aufstehn , which Peter Fox released together with his group Seeed . The singer Miss Platnum is also represented on the tracks She Moved In and Come Marry Me .

The DVD also contains music videos of the songs Alles neu , Haus am See , Schwarz zu blau and She Moved In .

Live from Berlin entered the German album charts at number 2 on December 11th, 2009 and in the following weeks it was ranked 6, 7 and 9. Overall, the sound carrier stayed in the top 100 for 42 weeks with two interruptions The album was listed in the music DVD charts and reached number 1 there, while it was ranked 48th in the Swiss album charts. In the German annual charts 2010, the sound carrier was ranked 44th.

For more than 200,000 copies sold, the CD version of Live from Berlin received a platinum record in Germany in 2014 . The DVD version of the album was also sold over 200,000 times and was thus already four times platinum in 2011, making the DVD one of the best-selling video albums in Germany .

“[With the] drum formation Cold Steel from the States, Fox [...] has landed a treat. The choreographies of the guys alone are fun in themselves. […] Musically, the bunch that rocks the Wuhlheide roughly is beyond any doubt anyway. A newly arranged version of "Dickes B" (here: "Dickes Ende") concludes a concert recording that one would have liked to have attended. With a team player Peter Fox as the front turner, this results in a team that puts a big and beautiful final exclamation mark under the project "Stadtaffe". "
