Lobodon Island is an island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is 5.5 km east of Wauters Point on Two Hummock Island .

Aerial photographs of the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1955–1957) from December 1956 were used to map them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after Crabeater ( Latin Lobodon carcinophaga ).
