Lois Jackman
Lois Jackman (married Lax; born December 4, 1937 ) is a former Australian discus thrower .
In 1958 she finished sixth at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff , and in 1960 she came 13th at the Olympic Games in Rome .
In 1956 and 1958 she was Australian champion. She set her personal best of 46.01 m in 1961.
After her marriage, she played for Nauru at the South Pacific Games . In 1966 in Nouméa she won the discus throw and won silver over the 80 m hurdles . In 1969 in Port Moresby she defended her title in the discus throw.
