Lore Anderlik

Lore Theodolinde Anderlik (born October 13, 1933 in Munich ) is a German educator and Montessori therapist.

Career

Anderlik moved to Puchheim in 1954 and started working as a teacher in the local kindergarten, where she looked after children in a mixed group for six years based on the main ideas of Maria Montessori . In 1970/71 she completed a course as a Montessori educator. In the Telekolleg she made up her Abitur and trained as an educator from 1972 to 1975.

From 1971 she worked under Theodor Hellbrügge in the children's center in Munich to develop the Montessori therapy. There she was head of the Montessori Therapy department from 1982 to 1993 and head of the Montessori Therapy Training Department from 1991 to February 2008. In 1978 she presented her work for the first time at a congress of the Montessori Society in Amsterdam.

Since 1986 she has been working in her own practice in Puchheim and is active as a book author.
