Lorella De Luca

Lorella De Luca (born September 17, 1940 in Florence , † January 9, 2014 in Rome ) was an Italian actress .

Life

De Luca made her debut in Federico Fellini's Die Schwindler at the age of 15 and continued her career over the next four years as a mostly young, naive girl in 23 films, some of which were close to neorealism , others were light comedies . She also attended the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia . In 1958 she appeared as one of Mario Riva's assistants in the successful television quiz Il Musichiere . At the beginning of the 1960s she got more and more roles in clearly commercial films and appeared, now under the pseudonym Hally Hammond , in the two Ringo films of her (from 1971) future husband Duccio Tessari . She also worked with him as an assistant director . After 1967 and especially after the birth of their daughter, she only accepted offers very occasionally.
