Lorenz Boesch

Lorenz Bösch (born May 23, 1960 , legal resident in Ingenbohl ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).

biography

The trained agricultural engineer worked primarily as a secretary in agricultural organizations (Farmers' Association of the Canton of Schwyz, Central Swiss Farmers' Association, Swiss Farmers' Association). From 1988 to 2000 he was a member of the Cantonal Council ( legislature ). Since October 1, 2002, he has been a member of the government council ( executive branch ) and headed the building department. In 2004 and 2008 Bösch was re-elected. From 2006 to 2009 he was President of the Conference of Cantonal Governments (KdK). During his tenure, he was also a member of the board of the Energy Directors 'Conference (EnDK) and the Construction, Planning and Environmental Directors' Conference (BPUK).

He submitted his resignation at the end of September 2010. Since October 2010 he has been a partner at BHP Hanser und Partner AG in Zurich. BHP Hanser und Partner AG is active in institutional and corporate consulting with a focus on strategy and organizational development as well as restructuring.

Bösch lives in Ingenbohl.
