Lorenzo Barcelata
Lorenzo Barcelata (born July 24, 1898 in Tlalixcoyan , Veracruz , † July 13, 1943 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican composer .
Barcelata created the film music for a number of Mexican films in the 1930s, for example for Allá en el Rancho Grande , Amanecer ranchero and Mano a mano . Many of his popular songs were often used posthumously for film scores.
His song El Cascabel is included in the music collection on the Voyager Golden Record .
