“Lori, an orphan, was raised in the family of the Kuppelwieser council as distant relatives. Rudolf, Kuppelwieser's son, was supposed to marry the daughter of Baroness Thunau in order to save the ruined family. But Lori and Rudolf loved each other and since the council refused to give their consent, Lori left his house. After five years she was the owner of a large fashion department store, her influence gave Rudolf a job and married him as her companion. "
