Lori Wilson (politician, 1937)
Lori Wilson (born February 25, 1937 in Waynesville North Carolina , † January 30, 2019 in Indian Harbor Beach , Florida ) was an American lawyer and politician in the state of Florida.
Lori Wilson came to Florida in 1960. Part of their ancestors were Cherokee . She attended Tennessee Technological University , Rollins College, and Brevard Community College . Wilson lived in Cocoa Beach . She was an honorary director of the Central Florida Zoological Society and director of the Florida Injured Wildlife Sanctuary . She was also a member of the University of Florida Foundation . Wilson was a member of the Brevard County Commission. From 1973 to 1978 she was also a member of the Florida State Senate for the 16th District as an independent member.
Wilson died in her daughter's house after a long illness.
