Lost Boyz Army was a German Oi! - and street punk band from the Ruhr area .
Band history
Lost Boyz Army was founded by Peter Niemann after he left the band Verlorene Jungs . The name is derived from Lost Boiz Army , the official fan club of his previous band. A new line-up began to record music in the style of the lost boys. The first title appeared on Sunny Bastards label sampler Sun of a Bastard 2 . It was followed by Hey Punk for the slime - tribute sampler Alle gegen Alle - A Tribute to Slime . The first appearance took place in 2009 at the Pogo Festival in May in Dinslaken .
In 2010 the debut album VMK Negativ was released on Sunny Bastards and UK Records. The second album Incomparable followed in December 2011 on the KlangApartment label . The band supports the loud against abuse initiative .
In November 2015 singer Zoni had to leave the band for health reasons. He was replaced by Melanie Heykes (formerly Melanie & The Secret Army ) in February 2016 . In January 2017 Sven (guitar and vocals) left the band. Shortly afterwards the band broke up.
