Lothar Batt (born November 9, 1960 ) is a former Swiss ice hockey player .

Career

Batt spent his youth at the time EHC Olten , he for the team from 1980 to 1982 in the second-class National League B aground. For the 1982/83 season he switched to HC Davos . He won the Swiss championship with the Bündner in 1984 and 1985. After the relegation of Davos at the end of the 1988/89 season , the winger left the record champions and joined HC Ambrì-Piotta . He was in action for the Ticino for two seasons and then no longer appeared in professional ice hockey. He let his career end at EHC Dübendorf in the lower leagues.

International

For Switzerland Batt took part in the B World Cup in 1986 , where the Confederates were promoted to the A group.
