Lothar Sagner

Lothar Sagner (born February 12, 1916 in Liegnitz ; † January 12, 1984 in Bremen ) was a politician ( CDU ) from Bremerhaven and he was a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

education and profession

Sagner completed an apprenticeship as a baker and worked in the profession. During World War II he served as a soldier from 1939 to 1948 and was a prisoner of war. After the war he worked as a baker again and passed his master craftsman examination in 1950. Then he studied at the Vocational Education Academy in Solingen. He had been working as a commercial instructor in Bremerhaven since 1954 .

politics

Sagner had been a member of the NSDAP in Liegnitz since 1934 during the National Socialist era . After the war he joined the CDU in Bremerhaven .

From 1960 to 1983 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for 20 years with one interruption and was active in various deputations and committees of the citizenship. He ran unsuccessfully in 1972 on the CDU state list for the Bundestag.
