Lothar Theodor Lemper

Lothar Theodor Lemper (born March 1, 1946 in Brauweiler ) is a German politician and former member of the CDU state parliament .

Life and work

After graduating from high school and completing commercial training , Lemper studied at the Rhineland University of Education and the University of Cologne .
