Lou Paget

Lou Paget (* 1955 ) is an American sex consultant and book author.

Paget began teaching sex and AIDS seminars in the United States in 1993 . She later published articles in Cosmopolitan and Playboy magazines in which she gave advice on better sex in very direct language.

Building on the success of these articles, she has since successfully published several books of sex advice that have been translated into several languages.
