Louise Bonham (born August 10, 1962 , née Louise McKinlay ) is a former triathlete from Australia and multiple Ironman winner.

Career

Louise McKinlay started her first triathlon in 1985.

As a result, she was able to win the Ironman Australia long distance (3.86 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42.195 km running) four times - which was only achieved after her by the Canadian Lisa Bentley with five victories in a row. In 1989 and 1991 she was Australian champion in the long distance triathlon.

After a bicycle accident in 1989, she had to end her career as a professional athlete.

In 2014 she was inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame for her achievements.
