Marie-Louise Müller , married Marie-Louise Müller-Weiss (born October 30, 1876 in Ludwigsburg , † January 19, 1935 in Munich ) was a German opera singer ( soprano ).

Life

After her vocal training with Eduard Engel in Dresden, she made her debut at the Essen City Theater in 1899 under her maiden name Louise Müller . From 1902 to 1912 she was engaged as a soprano at the court theater in Wiesbaden. She then sang again in Essen and withdrew from the stage in 1913. Guest performances have taken the soprano to the Court Opera in Berlin and the Court Theater in Karlsruhe as well as to Strasbourg, Aachen and Stuttgart.

In January 1908 she married the chamber singer Eugen Robert Weiss . Their son Walter Hubert was born in June 1910 . His profession was a jazz and big band musician.
