Love Larson

Love Larson (born June 11, 1978 in Umeå , Sweden ) is a Swedish make- up artist and hairdresser .

Life

Love Larson started his film career in 1999 as a make-up artist for various short films and then worked for Swedish television. He worked on the three film adaptations of the Millennium trilogy , Arn - The Crusader , Real Humans - Echte Menschen and Maria Wern, Kripo Gotland . He also worked on international productions such as the British version of Kurt Wallander , the US film adaptation of Verblendung and James Bond 007: Skyfall .

In 2003 he founded together with Eva von Bahr , the company makeup designer AB , with which they have been working for several Swedish film and television productions.

In 2016, Larson and von Bahr received their first Oscar nomination for their work on The Centenarian Who Climbed Out the Window . Larson and von Bahr received another Oscar nomination for their collaboration on the film A Man Called Ove (2016). Both were also nominated several times for the Guldbagge in the category Best Make-up and were awarded the prize for A man named Ove (2016) and Jatten (2017).

Larson and von Bahr have been married since 2015. The relationship resulted in a child.
