However, for all the glamor, there is still one important ingredient missing in his life - true love. When Du Ming-Han met the music student Song Xiao-Qing ( Liu Yifei ), with the help of his band member and best friend Wei Zhi-Bai (Han-Dian Chen) he forged the plan to disguise himself as a poor farm boy named Ah-De also to enroll at the music college in order to be able to build a friendship with the young Xiao-Qing. His true identity threatens to be exposed several times because he has to switch back and forth between Du Ming-Han and Ah-De again and again. Ultimately, Song Xiao-Qing learns who he is through hearsay and is deeply disappointed.
