The Lua Ira ( German  "Affensee" , Portuguese "Lagoa dos Macacos" , also Numunira 1 is) a salt lake in East Timor Suco Com (Office of Administration loud , community loud ), to the east of the country. The lake has an area of ​​0.586 ha.

The Lua Ira is the southernmost of the three lakes of Ran , an area north of the village of Com , about 100 meters from the coast of the Strait of Wetar and 50 meters from the Strait of Lautém to Com. The "Utchan Ira and the Umun Ira are further north. Even outside of the rainy season the lakes do not dry out. The region belongs to the Nino Konis Santana National Park . The lakes are particularly worthy of protection because of the numerous water birds that live here in tree-covered areas Savannahs, living on the beach and in salty mud flats.
