Lucia Kaiser (born August 6, 1992 in Kaufbeuren ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Lucia Kaiser started her volleyball career at SV Mauerstetten . On January 14, 2006, when she was thirteen, she had her first assignment in the SV adult team, which played in the Bayern League. In the same year, the student took part in the German championships with the D-youth. In 2007 the women's team rose to the second Bundesliga South with the now fourteen-year-old Lucia Kaiser. The setter then stayed in Ostallgäu for two years. In 2008 she was appointed to the U18 junior national team. At the European Championships in Rotterdam in April , Kaiser was only used briefly in the first games. In the decisive game for qualifying for the World Cup in the same year, the Allgäu player played from the beginning and played a major role in the 3-0 victory of the German team against the Ukraine, which meant sixth place in the final standings.

At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, Lucia Kaiser moved to SV Lohhof , who had previously been promoted to the first Bundesliga. The seventeen-year-old had her first appearance in the Bundesliga team when SVL made their home debut against Dresdner SC , which the Unterschleißheim team lost 3-0 in the Ballhaus Forum. Despite some good performances by the native of Allgäu and her fellow player Malgorzata Göschl in the other games, SV Lohhof had to start the second division after the season as bottom of the table.

While Göschl returned to her home country Austria, Lucia Kaiser won the championship with SV Lohhof in the 2010/11 second division season before moving back to the 1st Bundesliga for 1st VC Wiesbaden in 2011 . From 2012 to 2015 she played for the second division club NawaRo Straubing , where she was again second division champion at the end of her career.
