Lucien Fruchaud

Lucien Fruchaud (born October 23, 1934 in Le Loroux-Bottereau ) is former bishop of Saint-Brieuc .

Life

Lucien Fruchaud was ordained a priest on June 30, 1962 . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Saint-Brieuc on July 17, 1992 .

The Bishop of Nantes , Émile Marcus PSS , donated him episcopal ordination on September 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Jacques André Marie Jullien , Archbishop of Rennes , and Michel Paul Marie Moutel PSS, Bishop of Nevers .

On August 20, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
