The Luck Nunatak is a Nunatak in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Behrendt Mountains it rises 3 km southwest of Mount Caywood .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1961 to 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after George D. Luck, who was involved in the construction of the Eights Station in 1961 .
