Ludwig Meyer (politician, 1800)

Ludwig Conrad Meyer (born February 7, 1800 Südhemmern ; † June 13, 1877 ibid) was a German farmer and politician.

Meyer, who was a Protestant denomination, was a colonist in Südhemmern. Politically, he was mayor in his hometown. From 1833 to 1852 and from 1860 to 1875 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Westphalia for the constituency of Minden-Ravensberg and the district of Minden . In 1847 he was a member of the first and in 1848 of the second United State Parliament and from 1842 to 1848 of the United Committees. After the March Revolution he was a member of the first Prussian Chamber and later of the Prussian House of Representatives .
